Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is defined as the involuntary loss of urine associated with physical exertion that causes increased intra-abdominal pressure (like coughing, laughing, running, weight lifting etc).
The SUI causes real embarrassment for many women and imposes lot of limitations on their coughing, sneezing and even laughing in public. As a result, they prefer to remain recluse and avoid social contact. Women generally try to cope with SUI by wearing pads. But SUI can be easily treated with simple laser treatment.
